What if the project gets cancelled halfway?
The project stays in your account and so does everything in it. Credits are spent on creating a project, not on finishing one — if the video dies, the plan is still yours to reuse or strip for parts.
Why not a subscription?
Because you don't plan a video every month. Paying rent on a tool you open in bursts is the reason most people quit these apps. You pay for the piece you're making.
Can I buy several credits at once?
Yes — credits come in packs of 3, 5 and 10, and the bigger the pack the less each project costs. You buy them inside the app.
Do I need an account?
Yes, one account holds your credits, your projects and your shot library. Your audio and reference images stay on your machine either way.
Who am I actually paying?
Stripe, PreFrame's seller of record, through Link, their payments platform. What exactly your statement shows and how receipts and refunds arrive is covered on the support page.
